I am a new constumer to this company and because of some financial difficulties I am a cash account with them which is what i wanted to begin with. icalled them two weeks ago to get more gas and because i was still at 50% they would not bring any out. he would rather wait until it is empty or almost empty so the bill will be more. I am a one income family and cannot afford to pay these larger prices. I called them on 12/23/10 let them know i was at 20% to please out me on the list. I was basically told there was nothing they could do for me I would need to come in and pay first. I explained it would be 01/14/11 before i could pay and that I had an infant in the house it made no difference. well thanks a lot guys and Merry Christmas to you too. so much for caring at the holiday season. it wasn't like i wasn't going to pay. I just wanted them to bring me enough to make it until then. I will no use this company again after this year nor will I recommend them to anyone else.
