we met with them and since they aren't brand loyal, I felt that they could offer me choices and best deal based on my needs for a copier than, only what other dealer can only sell. We bought a used copier that was actually still a current model, that did the same things as the new machines others were pushing, at a fraction of the cost of other proposals. service has benn a lot quicker, when we needed it, than the other 3 big companies we've used in the past. I'd highly recommend them.
