A respectable source referenced me to Mitch for tiles and plumbing in the summer of 2010.
I paid him so far about $30,000 and he owes me about $ 13,000. He does not answer or return my calls. I have been unable to track any vendor where he ALLEDGEDLY ordered the goods that he is now not delivering or refunding. Upon asking him, he has been unable to provide me those names.
Finally I have found the following informations that I STRONGLY suggest you CHECK:

I do not need to continue my story. He is very friendly. Knowledgeable. He can work apparently hard and proactively on your project. There is his advertising in magazines and some links to projects he has done.
If you are working with him now and have already paid:
Be disciplined.
Check everything. Check with the actual vendors that an actual order has been placed. Get the goods delivered to YOUR address, no other place.
For you that have googled that name looking for info, I am placing this message.
I am warning you, to avoid you repeat the experience I had with him.
