Review content:
Our experience was as authentic as it could get. Gino himself brought the food over to our table. It was great and light. By saying light I mean not too much oil or sauce or any other ingredients. I'm very much into healthy eating and so tired of restaurants overpowering the food with oil, butter and all other extra additives to make the food tasty after which I usually feel bloated like a baloon. So, the meal in Piattini was just perfect. My husband and I really enjoyed listening to the owner telling us how he was buying the food for the restaurant. He's definitely old fashion, which makes him really cute. Yet you can see how much care he puts into everything. But the biggest surprise was their GELATO!!! It was the best I've ever tasted in my entire life! I tried them all. My favorite was pistachio and hazelnut. I'm definitely going back!
