This place really has potential to be a great resale store if the management wasnt so backwards. I went there for the first time with my father to get my son a boppy. It was over priced for something used, but i couldnt find another one elsewhere so he bought it. A few months later when my son was a big boy i decided to get rid of the things he no longer needed or used. Most of the items i never even used once. When i brought all the items into the store the girl rolled her eyes like i was inconviencing her day. she said she would call me in about 45 mins. after she was done aprazing everything and give me a price. over an hour later i return to the store since i had not recieved a phone call. I went to the counter to see if she was finished, she ignored me!!!! finally after wondering around the store for 20 mins. she yelled my name from behind the counter. she said she was only going to give me $53 dollars for everything!!! she said that she was going to donate most of what I had becaouse the clothes were ""incomplete outfits"". Most were onesies with the tags still on them. Now how is it that she cant buy them but she has a millon of them in the store?????????? i also brought in a $200 swing my son only used once, and she said she could only give me $20 dollars for because she gives 40% of what she sells it for when she marks it at $70. well 40% of 70 isnt 20........its 28 my dear!!! I know this store isnt donating anything to the church, they say thats what they are doing and dont. She keeps everything and sells it, but doesnt pay you for it. THATS STEALING!!!!!!!! this place is horrible and shady! my advise.....you can buy what your looking for for a better quality and price at target or walmart!
