If Janna Tipton spent more time in hiring qualified stylists and stop spending so much time asking her friends to provide artificial blissful reviews (and refuting the negative ones) on CitySearch, I wouldnt feel like I just wasted the time and money to visit the salon. My usual salon is Louis Licari in New York, but since moving to OC, I had to find a new salon. I was highly disappointed (and perhaps Janna will rebut that I dont know a thing about my hair or that even tho I get my hair cut at Licari, I dont know what a good stylist is). I will never go there again. I learned my lesson on believing reviews on CitySearch.
