Review content:
The Okoboji Country Inn is located in the heart of the Iowa Great Lakes recreation area -- just blocks away from the Historic Arnolds Park Amusement Park.
There is a wonderful three-story gift shop on the property and a well-known golf course across the street.
Breakfast is served in Annabelle's Tea Room, which used to be a favorite gourmet eatery for locals, but now only caters to the guests staying at the inn. The food is excellent, and the chef is well-known in the area for her outstanding gourmet dishes.
There is a very romantic/historic feeling on the interior of to the inn as it is a restored Okoboji Farm House.
Be sure to call ahead for reservations during the summer months, especially for holiday week-ends, as many guests book their rooms early in the year. Be aware that 4th of July requires a 3 day stay.
