In March of 2011 I had Aqua Steam clean my whole house, and the guy that did the cleaning barely waved the wand over the carpet and didn't get the carpet ANY cleaner. I asked him to go over it some more and he said it was as clean as it was going to get and wouldn't even try. My landlord recommended another company *this isn't an ad for someone else* and they came the next day and did an amazing job. They made the carpet look very nice. I called Aqua Steam and said I wanted SOME of my money back and they refused. They said I should have given them a chance to come back to try to clean it again. I had given them a chance to clean it again! I am now in the process of suing them in small claims court not just for my money back, but for court costs and for my prorated rent that I had to pay so I could get the carpet cleaned a second day. I even have pictures that prove exactly what the carpets looked like before and after both cleaning companies. What a pain! Stay away from these people. They just want to take your money... This is sad to me because three years ago I used aqua steam and the owner was the one that cleaned my carpet. He was very concerned with doing a quality job and I was very pleased.
