Review content:
This Hallmark has the poorest customer service. One more than one occasion I have ran into an issue with this. They have taken my name and number for things they were going to order then I never receive a call. I have gotten calls then go to the store to pick the item up and the person on tells me they don't know where they item is. They are not thrilled in calling another Hallmark location to help you find what you need. After my last purchase of a $74.00 Vera Bradley bag and they couldn't help with an exchange I have had enough, they have totally lost me as cusomer. We need another Hallmark store nearby to give these people some competition then maybe they will be willing to go an extra mile for their customers.
