I bought 3 pistols from them with my concealed permit. I bought 2 of them for my wife and one for me. Both of my wife's pistols didn't work properly because the guy at the counter tried to ""demonstrate"" how to take them apart and forgot to put pieces back into them and lost them. They did repair them after a weeks wait and very very RUDE service. My pistol is good because I never let them touch it and because it's a Springfield XD. They are EXTREMELY RUDE to my wife when she calls them up with any kind of question about a holster or anything else for her gun. I will never buy another thing from them again.
