Review content:
This is no longer their location, they have recently moved to Wilton. Suffice it to say, I would never recommend this place to anyone. She was very friendly over the phone and I asked specific questions regarding my dog and they type of grooming he needed. She promised the world, but when I dropped off my dog her groomer gave me a different vibe in terms of his skill set to hand stripping terriers. I did say ""if you can't do his hair, no problem, I just want you to be honest."" Well, he said he could and I even gave them a specific book for reference. I called at 2:45 and asked what time I should come pick him up. She said 4pm. I am not hard of hearing, so I planned accordingly. When I arrived for pick up, she looked at me as if she had never seen me before and asked if I needed help. I proceeded to remind her who my dog was and I was here to pick him up. She then said ""oh no, I didn't tell you 4pm, I said I would call you..."" Suffice it to say, the dog was dropped off at 1:30 and he had NOT been touched. Buyer BEWARE...always go with your instincts!!! I should have listened to myself.
