Review content:
The ladies who run this store are very rude and they frequently close the store before the store's posted closing time.
One time I went to the store and they had closed 45 minutes early. The mall is usually dead and most of the stores are out of business, so I guess they don't feel like they need to stay for the entire shift.
Tonight I went there at 7:15pm and found some boots and a pocketbook to buy. I realized I had left my wallet and home and needed to go get it. I put the items on hold and informed the woman that I was going to try to make it back before 8:00pm when they closed. I ran home, got the wallet, and returned 5 minutes to 8:00pm. I ran to the store and saw that they had locked the doors and that the woman was counting the money. She got another woman to come to the door and tell me rudely that they were closed. I told her I only needed to pay for the items that were on hold. She said they close at 8:00pm. I looked at my phone and it said 7:58pm which I told her. She said the registers were closed and I couldn't buy the shoes.
If she had been kind, I might have been forgiving, but she was a real *****. What kind of store turns away a paying customer, especially when they are not even supposed to be closed?
Two other women were outside of the store at the same time when I came up and they were also complaining that the store had closed early and that they didn't get to buy their shoes. For a mall that is losing a ton of business, you would think they wouldn't turn away paying customers.
