Customer service sucks at this starbucks. Since the line is long most of the time, they seem to make the drinks that are fast and easy to make first.
After I got sick of watching the people who came after me got the drinks, I asked the guy ""Scott"" who was making the drinks, he just said that it's coming up and did not even bother to say a courtesy apology for making other people drinks first. It is not like I ordered a special custom drink.
If you order your favorite drink here, it is highly likely that it would taste different. I agree with most of my reviewers (not on this site) on this place being inconsistent. People at this place need to brush up on their customer service skills and on how to make starbucks drinks.
