I was looking for some naturally curly extensions to clip in and although this place did not have them to match my personal type of curl, I was very pleased with the amount of help that I received.
I called before going since I live further away and Jay answered the phone. He was very patient and tried to answer all my questions.
When I came there, I asked for him and he was just as pleasant. He personally spent 25 minutes with me helping me choose some straight extensions to match my hair that I could use when I straightened my hair out.
He also recommended a heat serum to protect my hair and the extensions from heat damage. He knew a lot about hair and for such a large, busy store, he offered such personalized service! He even took the extensions out of the box and put them in my hair for me to make sure that the color matched! This store is not close to my home but I would go there again just because I now know that Jay could help me! I would highly recommend this store. Very reasonably priced too.
