After spending over $10K in purchases at this store, their staff would not wait 10 min for me, past closing time, to drop a few pieces of my furniture off to sell.
"" "" we're tired, we're hungry, we have to feed out children"" sorry why should we have to wait for you even though this is the first time you're ever placed furniture here to be sold cuz you're moving and oh yea,,, who cares that we were your first place to shop even though we were an hour away from your home"""". (I called that loyalty)
WE DON'T CARE
I shouldn't be surprised. In looking back, they have always been rude, made me wait 20+ minutes as they helped other first customers and they say they don't make commissions..really?? Why does their employee Jane have to write a review about themselves. I ended up at the Newport Beach store and was pleasantly surprised to be treated respectfully even though it was after hours for them. and oh yea..Newport has cooler items.
I will never step foot in that store again. Good Luck
