Review content:
I originally was going to go to the Audi dealership when I got rear-ended, but they had closed down the body shop. They recommended Collision Care Seattle and so I went there. I talked to the person who handles intakes, Ben, and he told me what they would do and gave me an estimate. I had a very positive experience with them. The insurance contacted Collision Care, because there was some worries of hidden damage, and they end up having to rip the trunk open to look around. When it was done they were still within $500 dollars of their estimate. Repairs on Audis take a long time. I had a neighbor who had a similar situation, and his car was tied up for a month. My car was done in two and a half weeks. Collision Care was as prompt as they could given that they were going to do a decent job. They arranged for the rental car to pick me up and had the car ready when I came to pick it up. I have looked the car over thoroughly and it seems to function as good as it did before the accident. They handled everything right and were perfect at answering the questions that I had. My experience was quite positive.
