Review content:
When you walk into the Outback in Glen Burnie the d?cor has changed, but the cleanliness has not changed and neither has the management?s attitude. One year ago we were at the Outback in Glen Burnie and being patrons of Outback for years, had taken a night to enjoy one of our favorite places to eat. We were waited on and served our drinks; the glasses were dirty with food and these little pieces of grit all over outside of the glass. When we asked the waiter to supply new glasses, he came out with the same gritty glasses. We asked for new drinks again, and the third time we were brought out nasty, dirty glasses. WE asked for the manager who not only would NOT touch the glasses, but told us that ?we have thousands of glasses that go through here everyday and you are the only ones that have complained;? in other words ?I don?t give a crap you stupid customer.? We emailed the Outback Co. who apologized and sent us gift certificates. We used these in Ocean City while visiting family, which was a lovely experience. It has been one year, so we felt that we would give the Outback in Glen Burnie another try to our displeasure. The glasses were dirty still and so were the plates. Then when my husband went to walk down the isle with our little girl, the manager almost knocked him over to get by without a word of apology. Our conclusion, the Outback in Glen Burnie is the dirtiest Outback I have ever been to. If you decide to go there feel the outside of the glass, you?ll find those little bumps. They should have used the money they spent on the d?cor and changing the characters they use to market to the kids; and instead purchased a new dish washer instead! Today both my husband and daughter have been sick and we will never step into that Outback again.
