every time my kids are sick i get an appointment the day i call. the staff is very personable and make me feel at ease as to what is going on with my child weather it b a sick visit or a checkup. they are very thorough and follow up every time they see my children for a sick visit. they don't sugar coat anything either. they are very direct and i appreciate that. i would reccomend them highly to anyone new parent or experienced.
