We have been working with Lillian for the last 1.5 years in our search to build/buy a home on the North shore. She has been great!!! She has been very patient with us. We have met with many builders and looked at a few houses. She is extremely knowledgeable and I feel completely comfortable that she will do all she can to get us the very best deal. We are currently working on confirming a unique and difficult project that I would not have felt comfortable undertaking had Lillian not been our realtor. I know that she truly has our best interests in mind and will not let anything fall through the cracks. I trust her judgement and her advice. We have met with many other realtors through the process of buying our first home, selling it and buying this one and Lillian is by far the most knowledgeable one we have met. I could not say enough good things about her - she is wonderful!
