I went into Best Buy Saturday afternoon fully prepared to buy a new lap top for my family cash in hand. I wondered through the lap top area for a good 10 minutes while a bunch of sales guys leaned against the diplay to which laptop's were on display, I literally had to ask politley say excuse me to make them move so I could look. Not one person in that area asked me if I had any questions they just spoke about there weekend. I then went up front and asked a store clerk who was very kind if the guys work on commission there (I already knew the answer) she said no, I said I could tell. She then called this ditsy young blond AKA ""The manager"" so I could tell here what happened and the manager did not even apologize or any thing just made me feel like I was annoying. So they now have forever lost my business and anyone I come into contact with.
