I have been going to Shelly since July of 2009. I continue to come back because I have light brown/dark blonde hair that Shelly manages to make look like naturally light blond hair! My old stylist put so much bleach on to achieve the color Shelly achieves, that my hair would ""chemically cut"" itself and break off all the time. I could never get it to grow past the tops of my shoulders. Since going to Shelly my hair is way healthier, thicker (because I don't lose hair all the time from overprocessing) and softer.
Pros: Consistently good and Reasonably Priced - especially for HB!
Cons: None!
