Like many women, my hair is the cornerstone of my vanity. A bad haircut can shatter my confidence. I can honestly say that in the 5+ years that Joseph Freda of Salon Ambiance has been cutting my hair, I have never received a bad haircut. He is fantastic! Never do I feel as beautiful as when Joseph completes his magic on my hair and releases me from his capable hands. Like a gourmet chef that mingles just the right ingredients to produce a mouth watering feast, Joseph combines current hair trends with my facial features making me always feel like I am leaving with the best cut and style possible. In addition to his hair cutting skills, for the last 3+ years Joseph has been treating my hair with a Japanese straightening system. For you women who spend more time with your flat iron than with society at large, let me tell you what this means. I am a hispanic woman with a thick, wavy mane of hair. However, since Joseph has been straightening my hair, I take a shower, run a comb through my hair . . . and walk out the door. And my hair is silkier than it has ever been! I get more compliments on my hair than I can tell you. I guess my bottom line is I believe Joseph takes as much pride on my hair as I do. I have lived in Oklahoma for over 10 years and, even on a very tight budget, I travel to California to have my hair cared for by Joseph. For those of you who live in a state other than California . . .what's a good hair style and the confidence you wear because of it worth to you? For those of you in California . . . don't make the mistake of overlooking Joseph's wonderful skills in your own backyard!
