I purchased a HP DV6205 laptop from Wal-Mart and was very disappointed with the operating system installed on the unit. I had Windows Vista with 512mb of ram, which made it very hard for Vista to run smoothly. My PC took forever to load up and shut down, some applications would freeze up due to the high graphics used in Vista. So i called PCEMT247 which i found by just going to google, just so happens the president of the company answered my call and was very friendly and explained to me that if I added more RAM and downgraded to Windows XPPRO my system would work extremely faster. Indeed I sent my Laptop in for service and they added 2GB RAM and installed Windows XPPro, I received my laptop in 5 Business days, a few driver issues had to be worked out so they remotely logged into my pc and fixed it in 23 minutes, Which amazed me because the technology they use is so unique. Once fixed my laptop works so fast and I can do multiple applications without any lag or freezing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PCEMT247 TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS PC REPAIR, UPGRADES, NETWORKING, REMOTE SERVICE, ETC.... Pros: Remote Service, Smart Staff, Great Customer Service, Good Response Time. Cons: Not Enough Locations.
