In spite of all of the negative feedback I hear about this place, I WANT to like them. Have visited 3 times. First time. Totally underwhelmed by menu. Finally ordered something like Chile. Disappointed. Diet Pepsi did not taste like anything resembling soda. Hint to wait staff. When customer requests ""no ice"", they are requesting that no (none, zero) ice be placed in glass containing said beverage. As opposed to speaking a series of words without meaning. Second time. Waited to be seated for about 10 minutes. Could not locate anyone who seemed to be employed by restaurant. There were few customers. I figured I must have missed the ""close at 7:00 P.M."" sign. It was after all 7:15 or so. Left. Went to restaurant with more traditional approach to serving customers. Third time. Got a hankerin' for some ""Sunday Brunch"" fare. Looked online. Saw they served brunch until 2. Headed out. Arrived around 1:35. Sat almost immediately. Ordered ""Diet Pepsi/Coke-no ice from person seating me. Waited around 10 minutes for server to bring beverage and take order. Asked if it was too late to partake of brunch buffet. After a few minutes of anguished explanation that I could do so ""at my own risk"" and, ""maybe you could take several plates and 'load up'"" but there was ""no guarantee"" the buffet would be fully stocked, a manager came to inform waiter that they ""had to pull the buffet right at 2"". I apologized for causing a problem and ordered (an item from the buffet) off the menu. By now, it was around 1:50 anyway. During the 20 minutes I waited for my order. Numerous people made trips to the mystery buffet area and returned with plates filled with buffet fare. The 1/4"" inch high ""Mile High Frittata"" was overpowered by the Chipotle Sauce (from Subway?) covering. The hash(dark)browns were quadruple seasoned with pepper or similar substance. Luckily, my bathroom is around 5 minutes from the restaurant. Had it been 5:05, I would have had an unfortunate accident. By the way, when a customer specifies ""no ice""............
