DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THE ONE IN LAKE PARK CALLED MAR-MEL GO APARTMENTS OR THEIR BUSINESS IN VALDOSTA GA THEY ARE NASTY PEOPLE, SNAKES, ETC....., THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND WHEN YOU BRING IT TO THERE ATTENTION THEY GET SPEECHLES THEY START SPEAKING LIKE THEY ARE MY SONS AGE WHICH IS 2. HOW CAN YOU KEEP SOME ONES MONEY AND YOU NEVER SIGN A LEASE I MEAN YOU DON'T NO WHAT THE LEASE PAPER WORK LOOK LIKE ALSO FREDIE IS SUCH A LIAR YES SHE WORKS IN THE LAKE PARK APARTMENT COMPLEX SHE TELLS SO MANY LIES UNTIL SHE START REPEATING HER SELF SHE BETTER REALIZE THAT LADY YOU ARE A BLACK WOMAN THEM WHITE FOLKS WILL GET YOU A-- OUT THAT DOOR JUST AS FAST AS YOU CAN BLINK YOUR EYE O LET M TELL YOU ABOUT THIS TRAY PERSON WHO WORK IN THE VALDOSTA GA OFFICE WHEN I FIRST SPOKE TO HIM ABOUT OUR MONEY HE ACT AS IF HE WAS SO CONCERN HE STATED THAT THIS WAS NOT GOOD HE ASK ME NOT TO CALL FREDIE LET HIM TALK TO HER FIRST I SAID OK. HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO GIVE ME A CALL LOW AND BEHOLE NO PHONE CALL I CALLED HIM AND MY HUSBAND CALLED HIM NOW WE ARE GETTING THE RUN AROUND NOW IT'S HE'S IN A METTING OR HE IS NOT IN THE OFFICE OR HE SAID HE WILL CALL US BACK NOW THIS GOES INTO THE NEXT DAY O HE STILL NOT THERE SO I SPEAK WITH ANOTHER LADY BY THE NAME OF JEANETTA I GAVE HER MY SITUATION SHE CALLED LIEING FREDIE ON THE ANSWERS SEEM AS IF THEY WERE NOT COMING OUT RIGHT SO SHE STATED THAT SHE DID NOT WANT TO KEEP ME WAITING SO THEY ARE GOING TO GIVE THE MONEY BACK COME PICK IT UP FRIDAY. TODAY IS FRIDAY MY HUSBAND WENT THERE AT 9:00AM THEY TOLD HIM O THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TRAY OR JEANETTA IS BUT COME BACK AT 4:00PM I CALLED AT 9:30AM O NOW THE NO WHO TRAY IS BUT NO ONE IS THE TO SIGN CHECKS. REALLY THNK THIS IS CRAZY YOU HAVE TO DO ALL THIS TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. ONCE THE MONEY IS RETURN I DON'T WANT ANY MORE DEALING WITH MAR-MEL GO IN LAKE PARK OR PEAVY PROPERTIES OR THERE EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
