i'm suprised there aren't that many reviews here! it's a very busy salon. my girl is Tracy! she's been my stylist for the past 6 years. i get wow's everytime i leave. Ragni is the girl for eyebrows and Gina (not sure how it was spelled) is your girl for facials, best facials ever, i mean they clear out acne problems! too bad she moved to the brooklyn location :(. tried ruby once, she's all talk and no action, facial wasn't good at all and her extractions were so bad she missed so many spots! it was a waste of the $85! plus she didn't do any massage while the steamer was working which Gina did, she also forgot to put on gloves while she was working!! yikes.
