I wish I could give him a negative rating...He does not return calls once he realizes you're onto his game. He has numerous warrants out for him in other states and the background check I did on him is not good. I cannot believe he is still in business. His Asian associate is a foul mouthed little girl whose idea of business attire is a tank top with bra straps peeking out. She hung up many times on us when we called her out on their scam and used totally inappropriate language with the clients. Due to Tow and his associates, four of our properties went into foreclosure (we had hired him for loan modifications). He claimed that another associate stole the files for many clients but when we met with him, he had our files in front of him. It took almost a year to get 75% of our money back and he would not return the rest. He is also on Jerry Brown's list of attorneys who are under investigation for fraud. Please contact the Orange County DA's office to file a complaint against him.
