I would rate it less if I could. I was greatly misdiagnosed. The doctor totally missed several bright red flags of Optic Neuritis, a very debilitating eye disease. I told him over and over I had pain in my eye, I told him over and over I could only see the letters in the middle of the eye chart, I told him over and over what I could see was blurry. He didn't listen. I lost all sight in one eye. It has been 10 months and I have been under the care of a wonderful, caring doctor and have regained a lot of my sight but I will never get it all back. The doctor at Lange told me all I needed was new glasses and I probably had a sinus infection which was causing the pain. I did not go to Lange for the glasses because they quoted over $600 just for lenses in my frames. I got them elsewhere for under $400. I asked them to reimburse me for the new ones since they had to be redone and they refused. Even the RX for the good eye was wrong!! Lange's mission is ""get 'em, get 'em out, get the next one in"". Stay away, far away from Lange Eye Institute.
