This business stole over 200$ from me when I apparently signed an invisible contract stating that a 3-month tanning session (which i payed 60$ for) needed to be self-canceled or they would continue charging me per month. I was charged unknowingly to my debit card for months even though it was obvious that my account was completely inactive. When I asked if there was anything I could do about it, the workers there were incredibly rude and told me it ""happens all the time."" Any decent person would tell a customer that they need to cancel their accounts, but instead they allow you to keep paying the fee even though you are no longer using their services. I suggest not going to any Planet Sun, they are a small, dirty, and incompetent tanning salon.
