Review content:
After being a customer for some time, there was a major problem with a laundry service....
I called to voice my complaint and ask that there be a credit applied to my next order. It was (reluctantly) offered, but only after a very long and unnecessary conversation about whose ""fault"" it was.
I then received a call back informing me that not only did they feel they did nothing wrong (clothing was left damp, smelly and had to be completely rewashed), but that they would no long provide the cleaning service.
In short - I guess as long as there are no problems, then the service is fine - but beware getting any type of satisfaction if you do have an issue with your service.
