Review content:
SUMMARY: Do not come here if you want customer service. We were not once asked what we were there for or what we wanted to get out of the photo session.
Do not come here if you want a larger (larger than 10x13) print. The customer service is terrible. The photographer does not offer any feedback or make adjustments during the session.
SUGGESTION: Following the photo session, you sit with the photographer and review the photographs. It would be very helpful if the photographer gave a quick overview of the photo review and selection process.
Use a more flexible photo review software. Don't waste people's time showing them their photo on a coffee mug if that's not what they're there for.
REVIEW
My brothers, sister and I were home for the holidays. We scheduled a sitting for a family portrait to surprise my parents. We hoped to select a photo to enlarge and frame.
We would have gone to Sears or JCPenney but ""Portrait Innovations"" somehow sounded better than than the standard options. We were wrong.
The photographer and the service was subpar. The options for printing are very limited. Come here for your Xmas holiday card, wallet photos or if want to create a cheesy calendar with a different pose of your baby for each month.
The photographer rushed us through the session and gave very little direction about expressions. The photos came out so-so.
We wanted a larger print so we now have to email corporate and request copyright release. Then we'll take the image CD to FedEx office or Ritz Photo to print what we really want.
