There is not enough room here and not enough time for me to tell you how incredibly BAD this company is!! I have tons of photos showing how they destroyed my roof,my yard and caused thousands of dollars of water damage inside my house.Under no circumstances should you trust the owner...DAVE KARAT or his workers.For starters,after 3 months,my roof on my house was still incomplete,(standard 2 family house).Numerous times,they failed to cover the roof with a tarp causing tremendous water damage inside my house.My bushes and yard were destroyed.Workers NEVER cleaned up after themselves.Drank beer on the job. Complaining to Mr.Karat did absolutely no good.Plus,the work they did was horrible.They put the new sheathing OVER the original wood shingles!!!! I had to finally hire someone else to finish the job.Mr.Karat promised to refund me my money but that never happened.Also,be careful.Their insurance company dropped them and they most likely do not have insurance.Mr.Karat's partner...Mark Prato...finally got smart and left the company,(unlike Mr.Karat,he does have integrity).Ironically,Mark Prato's name is listed on the bottom of the web page as a reference.If you contact him,I am sure he will also tell you to stay FAR away from Always Construction. You have been warned.
Cons: Everything.You would have better job done by a blind man with no arms and no legs.
