Just about every one of the ten homes in our Smithfield built neighborhood has had problems due to a total lack of supervision by Joe over his shoddy workers. He hired the cheapest labor he could and then did not supervise them. The electrican drew and wrote obscenities on the sheetrock in one house, roofs were put directly on plywood with no tar paper, chimneys were improperly flashed, wood floors were installed so badly the builder was sued and lost, construction debris was buried in yards which now produce sink holes in lawns and this is just the beginning. This is an unscrupulous builder you should be highly skeptical of.
