I have been through several vets in Coeur d'Alene and have been disappointed by the lack of knowledge and skill displayed by several of them. Dr. Erickson is a cut above them all, in my opinion, as are his staff! All of the staff are knowledgeable. The clinic is clean, well-decorated, modern, quiet and doesn't smell like a vet clinic. All of the staff have very calm demeanors. I brought my three cats in today for their annual exams, vaccinations, etc. Dr. Erickson was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and acted like he had all the time in the world. He answered all my questions, handled my cats gently but kept them comfortably under control and acted interested in my husband and I as people. He checked them over better than I have seen any vet check so far. My older cat will need several hundred dollars worth of dental work but the staff recommended a very easy and comfortable way of paying for the work. I feel very comfortable leaving my cats health in Dr. Erickson's hands and will definitely be recommending him and his clinic to everyone I meet! I have had pets for many years and never met such a great vet!
Pros: Clean, modern office, friendly staff, knowledgeable vet!
