Review content:
I was pre-approved for an auto loan through the Bad Credit Financing Department also known as ""Parker Auto Credit."" I e-mailed and called many times asking all the questions I needed answered to make sure everything would go smoothly BEFORE I made the trip down there (I live 40 miles away) so I wouldn't waste my time or gas. Once I finally went down there, they were friendly and encouraging, but then they told me I would need $1200-$1500 cash down and $1400 to pay off my trade-in. I had specifically asked these questions BEFOREHAND and was told there wouldn't be a problem and that I didn't need any cash down, and they would pay off my trade-in. I was sent home without a vehicle and was told to come back when I have $2900 to get into a $6000-$7000 car which would have high mileage, be older, and not what I need. Also, they tried asking me if I'd be interested in a two-passenger cargo van as a daily driver! When I told them one of the reasons I needed a different car was because mine is a four-seater and we have five people in our house. I am very displeased with their lack of willingness to work with me, even though they said they would. NEVER GOING BACK!!!
