Review content:
After searching for quite some time to find a replacement for ""La T's"" (you locals know what I'm talking about), my wife and I finally came across Del Toro's. Well, the search is over! I was very impressed with this restaurant. We went on a Friday night at about 630pm and were seated immediately. Don't get me wrong, the restaurant was full, but was deceptively large and had plenty of seating. Our waitress was very nice and the staff seemed to work very well together, while having fun in the process. I had a ""Perfect Margarita"" which was outstanding (can't go wrong with a Cabo made Margarita), and we shared an order of Guacamole as an appetizer, which was also excellent. I ended up ordering the taco/enchilada combo. While the food was very good, what I really liked was the different options for sides. Usually, you only get to choose from Rice and Beans, but Del Toro's expanded that to Cilantro-Lime Pilaf and Jalapeno Mashed Potatoes. I like trying new foods so I had them both and they were fantastic! My wife had one of the specials, the Green Pork Tacos, and it too was excellent. My only regret is that we didn't save room for dessert. Oh well, next time. Because there will be a next time, and many more after that! Pros: Great food, Great Service, easy parking Cons: Don't sit next to the door to the kitchen, it is VERY busy!
