Review content:
I recently had a concern associated with an apartment community associated with this office. The apartment community is the same place this office is located on. I plead for 2 months to have management contact me in regards to armed robberies going on on this property and what we could do as a community to resolve it. I could never get a call back from the manager and the lady I spoke to did say that she would relay my message and have someone call me. She was very kind and stated she understood my concern but would do her best to have the manager call me. I never received a call back. I then decided since another resident directed me towards what is supposed to be the onsite corporate office , to leave a note on the door for someone out of that office to contact me. That also never happened. I am not sure why i have exerted effort to have someone just talk to me so I can understand what actions are being taken to assist in remedy of the problem. I am now hearing from other residents that the manager is very bad about not returning calls or when she does she is not kind nor willing to compromise any type of arrangement acceptable to all parties ( within reason). I feel like at least others were given the courtesy of a call. I am disgusted and now getting ready to leave this place since no one seems to really care that can give me and my family answers. I am unable to visit during normal hours due to the fact I dont work normal hours myself. Beware !! I refuse to even attempt to phone back or leave any further notes because clearly they fall on deaf ears and I am of no value to the community.
