Review content:
Not only does Steamer Cleaners on Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks charge you a fortune for dry cleaning...they do not get stains out and yet they still charge you even though they failed. I had to have items dry cleaned a few times because they couldn't get anything clean. They ruined my favorite $300 jacket and when I asked to speak to a manager, the GM Angela was extremely rude and refused to take responsibility or pay for the damage. They came up with excuse after excuse after excuse. They do not believe the customer is always right. They were horrible to me and they didn't follow up. I kept having to call them to check in on status. They never paid me in the end for the damage they did to my fave jacket. I do NOT recommend them. I will never go back.
