We only wish we had seen these reviews before we had the exact same nightmare! We totally agree with every single thing the other reviewers have stated. Thank goodness we did not lose a beautiful wedding gown but they have ruined two of our expensive garments including a $750. jacket and a $350. linen shirt! I agree the manager Angela is not awful and not an honest person. The other reviewers are also right when they state this cleaner's policy and M.O. is denial! They refuse to take even the slightest bit of responsibility! You should hear the rude message they left us after we complained. As the other reviewer stated, they confidently told us that they could remove a water stain but used too much spot remover which lifted the color right out of the garment. They actually stood there in front of me and said they couldn't see this large white bleached out spot! They also ruined a $750. jacket a few weeks before. We were in the middle of hoping for a positive resolution to that damage when the second incident took place. This establishment is simply not to be believed! They know none of us have the time to go to small claims so they give the standard denial hoping the odds will be we will go away and they won?t have to pay for their mistakes. I recall they burned down a few years ago--I only wish that would happen again! This is truly a very bad establishment. If you are reading this, please don't allow yourself to be subjected to insults, denial, arguments and expensive ruined garments! We hope this honest warning and review will help someone out there avoid this place!
