Review content:
I've been to the Best Buy on University several times in the last couple years. Everytime I go in though, it takes forever to get a person to help me. In addition, I returned an item a couple weeks ago and the guy gave me attitude about it (even though it was within their return guidelines). I've purchase a couple computers from that location and find it best to make sure I do all my research before hand because whenever I ask the Best Buy staff about an item, I always feel like they're just telling me what they think I want to hear instead of the truth. I really like Best Buy in general, but prefer the SE14th location since their staff is much more pleasant and helful.
