Everytime we make a draw request they don't respond for days, their inspector walked on our freshly poured concrete and then complained about it (it was caution taped off), they never answer the phone... EVER, it is impossible to just call in and talk to someone, the automated message just hangs up on you, I have worked with a lot of banks and construction loan departments but these people are the worst. They have the worst customer service, response time, and a general lack of responsibility towards their clients. If anyone needs services this bank may offer I would highly recomend using a different bank or morgage company. You will only be hurt mentaly and financially by this company.
Pros: There are not any pros what so ever!
Cons: I cant find one thing that they do right or reasonably!
