Review content:
Our fridge went out, and our homeowners insurance referred us to Tri City Appliance. When my husband called for an appointment, they told him they would be out Tuseday morning. I took off half a day of work, and they never showed. When I called them to figure out what was going on, they told me that they had the appt. down for Wednesday. The lady was rude from the second she picked up the phone, and when I said I was unhappy with the service I was getting she told me if I didn't like it I should go somewhere else. They wouldn't admit their screw up. I asked for the owner to call me, and I'm still waiting for that call. I would NEVER use this company again.
