Was charged a ridiculous cleaning fee because the truck was returned with dirt on the floor of the cab! Are you kidding me! Called and tried to resolve the matter, but person was very rude, unhelpful and completely non-understanding! Also I returned the truck I rented with MORE fuel than I was supposed to return it with, but they refused to refund the cost. Even though they would have charged me a $30 fee PLUS all gas needed at $4.50/gallon if I had returned it for any less gas than I was supposed to. I will NEVER use this location again and you shouldn't either. I give my business to people who appreciate it, not who take advantage of others who are less fortunate! Find someone else to use. Don't Go To Yipes!
