DO NOT EVER GO TO YIPES IN BARRE!!! I went there today for a simple car wash that took over an hour. When I peeked out to check to see how it was going I saw two guys walking around the car pointing to various spots on my car. As this look suspicious I checked it out. Of course there were scratches all over my car. When I spoke to the man in charge I would have never guessed he was the owner. He was very rude and defensive and tried degrading me. I was amazed by the unprofessionalism at Yipes. As he knew that they had made a mistake he should have offered me some wax to help take out the scratches that his employees that made. Knowing that there?s not much I can do. I do know that in this small state the best form of advertisement is word of mouth, so there it is!!!
