i love using origins products. i have been using it for many years. i usually shop at one of the counters in the department stores. when i found out that there was a retail store i went to go check it out. i was being helped by the assisantant manager looking for a new lipstick color. when another customer came in looking at the skincare line and also had two items with her the assistant manager rushed over to help. i was still looking for a lipstick and i waited for 15 mins for her to come back and help me. since, the assistant manager took so long one of the nice and helpful sales girl helped me out. so, if your looking for good service look for one of the sales girls to help you and not the assistant manager.
