I've never been to a satellite store that sells both dish and directv. I called all over to get the best prices for both and see which one would be the best value for me. I found that most places would give me the bait price for their service and I had to ask is that all the ""hidden fees""? Just to find that there were fees that they hadn't explained to me. When I talked to the guys at A-1 Discount satellite they laid out all the ""hidden fees"" and exactly what my bill would be. They were not pushy and they made it super easy. I've had the service for 7 months now and all was exactly as they explained. All I have to say is that I wish that I would have called them first instead of last. I would have saved a lot of time and head ache.
