I have called Old Style Roofing twice. The first time, they put a ridge vent on the roof of my house and a couple of ventilation fans in the attic. The whole process from start to finish went off without a hitch.
I called for an estimate. It was much lower than I expected and I didn't even get another bid. I made the appointment. They showed up exactly when they said they would, did the job, cleaned up 100% and left. I went by the office the next day to pay for the job.
Then in October 2011 after a wicked rain storm, we found a leak around the chimney that was pooling into a bedroom closet.
We decided to take the chimney down altogether since we don't use the fireplace. I got a bid from a friend's business and it seemed high. I called Old Style to get a second bid. They beat the other guy by $435!
Once again, Old Style showed up exactly when they said they would, did the job, cleaned up 100% and left. It rained again yesterday...no leak.
This is an outstanding local business.
