My wife and I were looking into buying a new home from Keystone. We were all set to sit down and get the contract details worked out, but hours before we were scheduled to meet with Keystone's realtor, we received a phone call that Keystone had bumped the base prices of their homes by almost $20,000!!! Needless to say, this pushed us way beyond our price range.
I strongly advise anyone to avoid doing business with this company. They lure you in with the promise of a great deal and then change the terms to feed their own greed!!!
