I was devastated when I was rear ended in my brand new car. I made a claim through my insurance company and they suggested Major's. I was very concerned about taking my car somewhere without a recommendation from someone I knew, and I even considered taking it some place else. I am glad I went with Major's! They called me the day after I called my insurance company to set up a time for an estimate. The whole process from the estimate to the repair was very easy. Major's took care of everything, They found more damage behind my bumper and faxed all the info to my insurance company. I didn't have to follow up on anything. And the end result was wonderful! My car looked brand new and you could not tell it was in an accident! I also have to mention that every single person I came in contact with was nice and helpful, especially Morgan, who was there when I picked up my car. He explained the damage they found and what they did to fix it. He really seemed to take pride in the work that had been done. And an added bonus, they even cleaned the inside of my car. Highly recommend Major's Collision!
