I have no concerns about the optometrist, who was professional; I do, however, have concerns about the two ?salespeople.? The salespeople were dishonest ? I was given a BS answer when, after my exam, I asked: ?I?d like to know how much my vision has changed from the last time I had my eyes checked. What was my new prescription again?? The tall, balding man (the optician) said, ?Well, the average between your two eyes would be about a -4.50.? What the heck? The AVERAGE between my two eyes? Ok, I get it, you don?t want me to know what my prescription is. What a blatantly obvious way of being shady! He was asinine enough to think I wouldn?t figure out I was a -4.25 in one eye and a -4.75 in the other?
Pros: No problems with the O.D
Cons: Condescending male optician, shady salespeople
